Travel informationTop
The hotel is situated on Level 7 of The Mailbox, overlooking the canal. For satellite navigation directions, please type Suffolk Street, Queensway.

By Car:
From the M6 (North and South):
- Leave the M6 at junction 6, and follow signs to the A38/city centre.
- Go under 2 tunnels: Great Charles Street and Queensway.
- As you exit the 2nd tunnel, move into the left-hand lane.
- Look opposite the dual carriageway and you will see The Mailbox.
- Do a U-turn at the next available island.

From the M5 (North and South):
- Leave the M5 at junction 3.
- At the motorway island, follow signs for Birmingham city centre.
- Take the A456 (Hagley Road West) for approximately 3.2 km (2 miles).
- You will then see signs for The Mailbox from here.

Parking:
The Mailbox car park (available at an additional cost) is fully secured and allows access to all levels by lift. The entrance to the car park is at the front of The Mailbox.

Please note:
On Sunday October 26th, the Mailbox car park will be closed until 12.00 noon due to the Birmingham Marathon. Please follow diversions to Holday Street car park.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
