The cuisine prepared is of an excellent quality. The imaginative menu makes full use of the freshest local produce available, using game, locally caught fish and renowned Irish beef. Each meal time will be a memorable occasion. An ideal base to explore the wonders of Ireland, the Drummond Hotel has a rich history itself. Believed to be named after acclaimed surveyor Thomas Drummond, who used the site as a reference point in his calculations.
Local attractions include an 18 hole golf course and excellent salmon and course fishing available throughout the year. The beach offers 6 miles of unspoilt white sand and is recognised as one of the cleanest in Europe. Some of the rarest birds in the world can be seen in the area.
Derry train station and airport are 6 miles away. Limavady bus station is 3 miles away. By car: - Follow the A2 motorway from Londonderry following sign for Ballykelly. - Clooney road continues on from the main road, where you will find the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 5 to 12 years is charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged GBP 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
