The Gul Hotel is situated on the Calis beach, approximately 5 km from the centre of Fethiye. The beach is suitable for various water sports such as scuba diving, windsurfing, snorkelling and canoeing. Other nearby attractions include: Kayaköy (8 km) - an abandoned Greek village covering a hillside, dating back to the 14th century. Cadianda (25 km) - home to recently discovered archaeological remains, the city itself features unusual natural landscape. By Air: From Dalaman Airport (50 km) - Coach and taxi services regularly connect the airport with Fethiye. - Once in Fethiye, taxi and dolmus services are available.
