Trojan Horse (200 metres) - the giant Trojan Horse used in the film 'Troy' now stands tall on the local seafront. Cimenlik Castle and Military Museum (200 metres) - built by Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452, the castle was once of great strategic significance. Troy (25 km) - this famous name is now attached to an archaeological site, the traditional location of Homeric Troy, or 'Truva'.
By Air: From Canakkale Airport (3 km): - Taxis are available from outside the terminal. From Canakkale Ferry Port (50 metres): - Exit the ferry an head east, in a direction directly opposite from the port. - You will soon reach a main street, Demireioglu Caddesi. - You will spot the hotel on your right.
