In 1994, SIA Keizarmezs took over the former Riga Railway Station’s (RVR) stadium. RVR Stadium was an important part of the North district's cultural, educational and sports heritage, and the sports centre was used by Mezapark school students, professional sportsmen, and teams. An agreement was made between Keizarmezs and the estrade of Mezapark and thanks to the enthusiasm and co-operation of several people, the Keizarmezs sports and relaxation complex centre was established, based on the RVR site.

The hotel has 18 rooms that are well equipped for your comfort. All rooms are fully furnished and have comfortable beds.

Should you need an iron or hairdryer, you are always welcome to request one at the reception. You can also order meals or drinks from the restaurant to your room.

The restaurant, surrounded by greenery, offers tasty meals, promptly served to your table. It is open every day from 07:00 to 01:00.

A warm breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 to 10:00.

You can enjoy your meal under the glass roof looking at the stars. The restaurant is accessible for disabled guests, as it is located on the first floor and there is a ramp for wheelchair access.

3 times a week in the evenings, there is a pianist playing classical and romantic ballads to make the restaurant's atmosphere more intimate and exciting.

Hotel Keizarmezs is located in Mezaparks, one of the most beautiful parts of Riga. The atmosphere is enhanced by lakes and pine woods to help you feel relaxed and at ease. Despite being away from everyday stress, the city centre is still easily accessible.

By Car (from the airport):
- Cross either Akmens Bridge or Wansu Bridge.
- After the bridges, turn left and then continue to drive on the main roads towards the hotel.
- Journey time is about 30 minutes.

By Public Transport:
Take bus number 22 from the airport (runs every 20 minutes, buy your ticket from the conductor) and disembark at the city centre when you see the Origo and Stockmann supermarkets. From here, take tram number 11 from the stop on the opposite side of Stockmann (runs every 5 minutes). Continue on the tram until the very end of line (25 minutes journey time) and then continue down the street. After 2 minutes, you will reach Hotel Keizarmezs.

From the city centre, you can also reach the hotel via bus number 9. This bus stops next to a Riga Circus (close to Origo). Continue to the end of line and you will see the hotel on the opposite side of the street.

If you will be arriving late, please advise the hotel by calling them at the number on the confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).
