The residence also benefits from a common reading room, with internet connection, bar and laundry. Near the house there is also a food shop and a restaurant, with whom the hotel has a special agreement for guests dining.

The farm-house has also a swimming pool, bicycles, games for children, bowling alley, mini-basketball, ping pong and barbecue.

It organizes many activities, such as bread cooking, ceramic handicraft, painting courses and guided tours to the art cities.

The farm is developed in a surface of 10 hectares, set with cereals, a vineyard, olive-grove and wood. You can taste the farm products such as wine, oil, jams and salami, and participate in the laboratory demonstrations, to discover the peasant’s culture, the typical products and the traditions of the Marche region.

All the accommodations are very bright and overlook the surrounding countryside, including the Sibillini Mountains, the garden and the little church of Regnano's village.

The 3 rooms are on the first and second floor, with bathrooms and private entrance; they can be used as single, double/twin and triple.

The 5 apartments are composed of two-roomed flats (double room, kitchen with kitchenette and sofa-bed) with bathroom and balcony or porch.

They can sleep from 2 to 9 people and one is suitable for disabled.

In Tolentino you can practice tennis, swimming, fishing, aquatic sports and others.

The house is near the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains where you can walk, bike or go horseriding.

In only 40 minutes you can reach the Adriatic Sea or the ski field of the Appennini.
