   Palazzo Fieschi is a 16th century noble residence in the heart of Savignone, a lovely hill hamlet set in the greenery of the Genoese countryside. A careful restoration work has brought it back to its original splendour, unrevelling the many transformations it has undergone during the centuries. At the restaurant, managed by Simonetta Caprile and her 3 skilled helpers, guests can taste typical inland regional dishes. All meals are made of genuine products and presented in a very exquisite and refined way. The wine list shows the best of the Italian production. The restaurant has an open space as well. Photos:
Savignone is 500 meters above sea level, 25 km away from Genoa, and it is reachable by motorway exit Busalla (3 km). From here all areas in Liguria are easily accessible thanks to its ideal geographical position. Suitable to those who love nature and wish to escape from bustle of coastal villages, which are overcrowded especially in summer period. In order to guarantee the absolute freshness of the food, only non-degradable foods are available at the breakfast buffet. If you would like eggs, cheese, or ham; don’t hesitate to ask the service personnel who will prepare and serve it fresh upon order
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
