The new management will do their utmost to ensure that you feel welcomed and at home. On arrival, you will find a 24-hour service on reception and a porter is available around the clock to assist with luggage and show you to your room. The hotel has a handy currency exchange and a safety deposit facility as well as a left luggage and storage room. There are 40 elegantly furnished, practical rooms, many with balconies and all with en-suite facilities, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and minibar.
The hotel's intimate bar offers a wide range of drinks and aperitifs.
The hotel is located in the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure. Portofino, which is 5 km from the hotel, is accessible by boat or by bus (both of which stop less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel). Alternatively, you could visit the ancient Abbey of San Fruttuoso (by boat), which is on the way to Camogli. Lastly, why not take the train or a boat to the picturesque '5 Terre' (Five lands) villages?
From Genoa and north follow the A12 highway direction La Spezia exit Rapallo. From La Spezia and south follow the A12 direction Genoa and exit Rapallo. In both cases as you leave the highway follow road signs to Santa Margherita Ligure. Train station S.Margherita Ligure - Portofino is just 4 minutes walk from the hotel.
Additional costs: Room service: EUR 3,00. If your departure time should be over the expected time, please contact the management, otherwise 50% of the cost of your room until 18.00 will be added. For early departure, the hotel kindly asks that you settle the bill the evening before check-out (no lather than 19.30).
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
