Relais villa Valentini has 14 single, double and triple rooms, and 3 junior suites. All rooms feature private bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, color tv, telephone and minibar.

The restaurant 'La Credenza is located in the ancient oil mill and cave premises, excavated more than 2 centuries ago, in the volcanic rock named 'venanzite' that can be found under the building.
The chef prepares simple and harmonious dishes, choosing first of all typical Umbrian products, such as extra virgin olive oil, the 'Chianina' meat and black truffle. All dishes of course couple with excellent wines.
The restaurant also has a pizzeria with a wood-burning oven.
