Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We serve the breakfast without extra charge directly in your room or on request in our saloon. For breakfast you can choose from a wide variety of:fresh pastries from a local bakery, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, boiled egg, bread, butter and marmalade. We also provide filtered coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha), hot chocolate, hot tea and fruit juices.
In the afternoon, before dinner you can taste some typical Italian wine in the hotel.
The hotel hasn't got a restaurant but the there many fine resturants nearby that offer typical Italian or international dishes.

There is a subway station very close to Spanish Steps, and within ten minutes, you can reach St Peter's Cathedral, the Vatican and the central railway station.

The Boutique Condotti 29 is easily reachable from Fiumicino Airport by a fast train called "Leonardo Express" which arrives to the city center in 40 minutes; it stops at Termini Railway Station.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
