  These apartments, nestled in the shade of the Vatican walls away from the chaos of the city’s busiest streets, are located on the oldest and most characteristic side of Rome.The exclusive, self-catering residence is made up of about 45 fully-furnished apartments, situated a few hundred metres from the metro station and from all essential tourist and business services. Experience the sights and sounds of Italy’s capital city first hand by staying on one of its characteristic streets, famous for its Sanpietrini cobblestones. Although you will be provided with all the independence you could desire, the multi-lingual reception staff will always be on hand to offer advice and assistance, should you ask for it. The residence also offers a pre-booked shuttle service to and from the airport, and has its own shared laundry and free-to-use internet service. |

It is compulsory to inform the hotel of your estimated arrival time. Late arrivals (after 20.00) will be charged EUR 30.
All of the 45 apartments are fully-furnished and include air conditioning, satellite TV, a hairdryer and internet connection.
The residence is self-catering, but staff will be happy to recommend local restaurants and bars.
By Plane: From Leonardo Da Vinci airport: - Take the train to Termini station, then take subway line A in the direction of "Battistini" and stop at "Ottaviano". - Go to Piazza Risorgimento, and then follow Via Vitelleschi. - Turn into Via dei Tre Pupazzi (on your right), then turn right again into Via Borgo Vittorio. The hotel is in Piazza delle Vaschette at n13. From Ciampino airport: - Take the bus (Cotral) to Anagnina station (metrò line A) and get off at the Ottaviano-San Pietro stop. Continue on feet for about 10 min. By Bus: From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport: - Take bus n40 from the station and stop in Porta Pia - Turn into Borgo Vittorio and you will arrive in Piazza Delle Vaschette. The hotel is at n.13. Alternatively, the hotel runs a shuttle service to and from the airport.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
