The hotel features 2 comfortable meeting rooms with a total capacity up to 100 people. Flip charts, an overhead projector, screen, and a slide projector are available on request, in addition to a free internet point in the hotel lobby.

For families with children, the hotel can arrange babysitters and video rental on request, and special treats such as something sweet upon arrival, play rooms, maps underlining child friendly spots, drinks and ice-creams in the local bar, Le Note.

All rooms are provided with air conditioning/heating at individual control, sound-proof windows, tea and coffee facilities, satellite TV, pay per view, Sky TV, minibar, spacious safe deposit box, electronic key card access, direct dial telephone, free high-speed internet access.

All bathrooms are provided with bathtub or shower, hair dryer, make up mirror and a refined set of courtesy line products.

Rooms for non smoking guests and disabled guests are available.

The hotel is located in Via Principe Amedeo 257, Esquilino neighbourhood, close to Vittorio Emanuele square, to the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore , to the new Ambra Jovinelli theatre , the central station Termini, terminal of the shuttle train connecting with the International airport “Leonardo da Vinci” in Fiumicino, and within walking distance to the Colosseum, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Opera House.
Subway stop (Vittorio Emanuele)is 50 meters far from the hotel. By subway guests can reach in a few minutes the most important monuments and place of attraction such as St.Peter's Cathedral, Spanish steps, Via Veneto, etc

There is no parking but guests can use an external garage nearby the hotel.
How to reach us:
From "Leonardo da Vinci" international airport (Fiumicino), we suggest to take the shuttle-train leaving every thirty minutes that comfortably reaches the Roma Termini railway station in 30 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to take a taxi-cab (45 minutes-ride).
From Ciampino "G.B. Pastine" airport we suggest a 30 minute-taxi ride.
At the railway station of Roma Termini, we suggest to follow the directions to platforms number 26-29 and then proceed toward "Via Giolitti". The hotel is 5-minute-walk away from there.
By car, regardless of where you are coming from, we suggest you to take the "ring road" (GRA Grande Raccordo Anulare). Once on the ring road, take the A24 (Roma-L'Aquila highway) direction "Roma Centro" that will lead you to "San Giovanni Square". The hotel is less than 1 Km away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
