The modern complex of buildings is decorated in yellow, with a large patio area in front of the hotel, parking spaces at the sides and a green area of 30000 m². The effect is of a secluded oasis (origin for the name of the hotel) and has an enchanting avenue of cypresses that lead to the hotel.

The elegant lobby is divided into 2 areas: at the very entrance, a sitting area with red leather Frau sofas, marble floors and stairs, leads to the restaurant area. On the left side, a door opens up to the private church of the hotel (used for ceremonies as well as small classic concerts). On the right-hand side, there is a larger area with wooden reception desk, bar area and red sofas.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and elegantly furnished, the rooms offer a warm, relaxing atmosphere and modern facilities, including a private bathroom.

The restaurant is a spacious, elegantly furnished and decorated area on the ground floor. It serves traditional Umbrian cuisine, including the famous white truffle, and fish specialities from the Puglia region.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, just 2 km from the old medieval city centre of Orvieto and 5 km from the motorway exit.

By Car:
From the North or South:
- Take the A1 motorway and exit at the Orvieto toll.
- Follow the signs to Orvieto Centre.
- At the first roundabout, follow signs to Orvieto and then Sferracavallo di Orvieto for approximately 800 metres.
- At the crossroads, turn right to Sferracavallo and continue for approximately 2.5 km to the next crossroads. Follow signs to the hotel.
- At the next crossroads, turn right and keep going for approximately 200 metres, following signs to the hotel.
- Turn left and left again and continue for 50 metres until you reach the entrance to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 24 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 15 years are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
