Villa Sassolini
   Villa Sassolini is a charming 14th century Villa in the heart of Tuscany, at the border of the Arno Valley and the hills of Chianti, in the ancient hamlet of Moncioni.The Villa is an example of architectural recovery that binds the past to a modern concept of hospitality, in a most refined manner. An original, old front (with waves and circles) is the most interesting difference from all the other surrounding properties. Ages ago Villa Sassolini was the holiday home of important families of Florence, like the Conti Guidi. Bright, romantic and comfortable, all rooms offer a relaxing ambiance, where you can enjoy the original soundtrack of the Tuscan countryside. The rooms have nice views of the hamlet, of the Chianti Hills and of the pool. The swimming pool is set in the garden of Villa Sassolini, a garden full of lavender, rosemary and white roses. In perfect harmony with the beauty of its surroundings, the restaurant offers the best of regional cooking with a careful selection of fresh seasonal foods made of ingredients of the finest quality. You can also enjoy a good selection of local wines. In the summer dinner is served on the panoramic terrace by the pool. |

A1 (Autostrada 1) Firenze-Roma, direction Rome. Your exit will be Valdarno. At the auto toll follow for Montevarchi and Crossdromo until you see the signs for Moncioni. Approaching the hamlet of Moncioni the Villa is on the right.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
