Villa Michaela
  Our residence is not a hotel but a beautiful listed villa, dating from the early nineteenth century, set in pine forests and olive groves in the hills south of Lucca.Whilst we are situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Vorno, a thirty minute drive from Pisa airport and fifty five minutes from Florence, you have the convenience of the village only a five minute walk away. Our extensive grounds encompass a floodlit tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and landscaped gardens. We provide a wide variety of facilities including a cinema and snooker room, mountain biking and horse-riding with guides, tennis with coach, in-house beauty therapies, wine-tasting and cooking classes with our singing chef. We have maintained a fine balance between maintaining the antique decorations and creating comfortable accommodation. There are wonderful views from every room, evoking a feeling that you are staying in your own country manor. |

If you would like to have a meal in our restaurant, it is advisable that you book at least one day before. Have a fine glass of wine in our beautiful garden with our typical Tuscan hospitality. The price for dinner includes wine, we have an extensive wine list.
Set in small valley, surrounded by olives trees and nice walk in the woods of Monte Serra, Villa Michaela is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Lucca. The area has become a holiday place of English and Americans thanks to its links with the sea and historic cities of Tuscany; It is also is well known for the production of extra virgin olive oil and its water.
By Car: - Take the motorway A11-12 exit: Lucca Est for Pisa. - Then take the first roundabout on your left for Pontedera. - Take the first on your right, in front of the Agip petrol station, for Pontedera-Guamo. - Then the first on your right for Vorno, BMW cars. - At the end of the road where there is a church, follow Via di Valle number 8. - You will see Villa Michaela and the car park.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
