The hotel is open all year round and is just 500 metres away from Portinente beach. On request the hotel can organise a number of extra services including babysitting, laundry and transfers to and from the port.

The closest airports to the Aeolian Islands are Catania, Napoli, Palermo and Reggio Calabria. The closest ports are Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Napoli. The only way to reach the islands is by boat.

By Boat:
- From Milazzo it takes one hour by hydrofoil or fast ferry and 2 hours by ferry.
- From Messina it takes 1.5 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Reggio Calabria it takes 2 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Palermo it takes 3 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Napoli it takes 4 hours by hydrofoil or fast ferry and 9 hours by ferry.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
