The hotel opens all-year-round. The hotel's friendly and qualified staff speak English, Russian, German and Serbian and will be happy to help with any inquiries.

The hotel has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which combine modern interior and comfortable equipment with a warm atmosphere during the snowy winter and the summer months.

The apartments have cooking and eating facilities. They are well maintained and are clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and linen and other items are restocked and changed every three days.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 at the Parmigiano Restaurant, which is located within the Mountview Lodge hotel, situated across the street.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet street, within 10 minutes drive to the lift station and the old part of town and has a view of the mountains.

It is well suited for guests wishing to take part in skiing or snowboarding or for tourists visiting local attractions. Bansko offers a variety of things to do, during the day and at night.
