-Exit at Desenzano and drive through Manerba and Salò to Gardone Riviera.

-Right at the heart of Gardone, follow the signs that take you to the Vittoriale (Gabriele D’Annunzio’s Villa), then drive another 1 km until you reach Borgo degli Ulivi.

-Take the A22,
-exit at Desenzano,
-continue towards Salò

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
