From North Italy:
- Tje the Valdichiana exit on A1 Firenze-Roma.
- Head towards Perugia, and merge on the E45 in the direction of Rome.
- Take the Fratta Todina / Montecastello di Vibio Exit.
- Continue for about 7 km towards Fratta Todina.
- After passing the walls of Fratta Todina, turn left towards Spineta.
After about 3 km, pass the center of Spineta and the Convent, and turn right after the vineyard.

From Perugia :
- Take the Fratta Todina / Montecastello di Vibio exit on the E45.
- Continue for about 7 km towards Fratta Todina.
- Pass the walls of Fratta Todina, turn left towards Spineta.
- After about 3 km, pass the centre of Spineta and the Convent, and turn right after the vineyard.

From South Italy:
-Take the Orte exit on the A1 Roma-Firenze.
- Cintinue along the motorway connecting Orte to Terni, and exit on the interchange for the E45 Perugia-Cesena.
- Continue until you reach the Fratta Todina /Monte castello di Vibio Exit.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
