The hotel comprises of 45 rooms, a dining room with adjoining terrace, a private beach and garden, a meeting room, and parking.

By Car:
- Take the A4 motorway and exit at Mestre.
- Continue towards Jesolo and then to Punta Sabbioni.
- The hotel is in Ca' Savio, 2 km from Punta Sabbioni (signposted Valdor Centre).

By Plane:
From Marco Polo Airport:
Take the 'Alilaguna' motorboat for Venezia-Lido, which runs from 06:00 to 24:00). Then take the motorboat for Punta Sabbioni, followed by a bus or taxi to the hotel.

Alternatively, take the bus to Jesolo Lido, which takes 30 minutes, and then a bus to Punta Sabbioni.

A valid ID is required at check-in.
Additional costs: A membership card, which costs EUR 18 per person (2008), is required to access the beach and its amenities, the swimming pool and the entertainment program (only during summer).

Important:in case of early departure, the hotel will charge a penalty of 3 nights stay.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 3 to 7 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 8 to 12 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
