Air conditioning will be included in the rate from 1 June 2010.

Economy double rooms don't offer air conditioning.

Due to the presence of many stairs, the hotel is not suitable for disabled guests.

The swimming pool is available from May to September.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 5 years are charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 4 years are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
