Il Saraceno Grand Hotel, interamente costruito in stile orientale, si trova sulla baia più incantevole della Costiera Amalfitana. Dispone di 50 camere doppie e 6 suites, tutte arredate con mobili di antiquariato, minibar, TV satellitare.
Nella parte alta dell'albergo si trovano le camere, il ristorante per gli ospiti, un ampio bar con terrazza antistante, una Cappella in stile romanico e la sala riunioni.Al centro della costruzione si trova la piscina con acqua di mare.
Nella parte bassa c'è la spiaggia privata, un ristorante per banchetti, il bar della spiaggia, raggiungibili mediante poche scale e due ascensori.
L'albergo dispone di un parcheggio privato per 50 autovetture.
