- Shannon International Airport is a 20 minute drive from Greenhills Hotel.
- On leaving Shannon Airport, take the 1st exit on the roundabout onto the N19.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19 (signposted All Routes), entering Shannon.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19 (signposted Galway, Limerick).
- At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the N18 (signposted Limerick).
- Continue on the N18, entering Limerick City.
- Continue on for half a mile.
- At Coonagh Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the N7 (Ennis Road).
- The hotel is situated just beside the Coonagh Roundabout.

Parking at the hotel is free of charge to guests.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
