Its unique location on the green outskirts of Vienna makes the hotel the ideal events venue. There are 11 seminar rooms offering conference space for up to 500 people. The festival hall holds 300 people for any type of event. There is a restaurant, a coffee house and 2 comfortable "Stüberl" (lounges). Wellness facilities include a sauna and a massage room. The use is free of charge (except massages).

The hotel is surrounded by a 10-hecatare park with a 20,000 m² swimming lake. There is also a traditional Austrian skittle alley (bowling).

Parking space for our guests' cars is at your disposal directly beside the hotel. There is also sufficient parking space for buses.
