Hof van Aragon
   The hotel is situated in the middle of the historical place of Lier. Nearby the market, the "Begijnhof", Zimmerplein and the St. Gummaruschurch. Hof van Aragon is the place where the parents of Charlemagne; Johanna van Castilië, Queen of Aragon and Phillip de Schone got married in 1496. The hotel is a perfect combination of old and new. Ther is a choice between basic single rooms, standard rooms en spacious deluxe rooms. Hof van Aragon is housed in an 16th century orphanage for girls, called " Maegdenhuys". |

The lovely provincetown of Lier has a lot to offer to tourists. If you are looking for culture, there is the ancient city hall, the St. Gummaruschurch, museums, the Zimmertoren en the unique "Begijnhof", which recently was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. It is a pleasant walk trough the towm, with it's typical houses. You might even find a painter at work! There are a lot of walking and cycling routes available.
When you enter the village of Lier, drive to the marketplace. Directly after the marketplace you will find a small bridge. Just before this bridge you have to turn left. This leads you to the "Vismarkt". At the and of the "Vismarkt" you will find the "Aragonstraat". Hof van Aragon is on no. 6 of this street.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
