In the garden area guests will find a freshwater swimming pool, including a children’s pool, surrounded by wooden deckchairs, umbrellas and a pool bar. Guests can also enjoy an aperitif on the poolside terrace which is naturally cooled by the gentle sea breeze. The nearest beach is approximately 500 meters from the hotel and is an organized, sandy beach which also offers some water sports.

For guests who wish to stay active, the hotel also offers basketball, volleyball, tennis, beach volleyball facilities and a gym, all at the disposal of the guests. A regular bus schedule is also in operation which can take guests to and from the main part of Kos City.

There is a unique view to the beautiful, awarded garden. Rooms can feature a refrigerator with an extra charge.

All meals are served as a buffet. Theme nights and events are also organised.

Breakfast is served 07:30 - 10:00.
Snacks are available 11:00 - 13:00.

During meals, unlimited local soft drinks, local beers and house wine are served in the restaurant.

Between 10:00 and 23:00 unlimited amounts of local soft drinks, house wines, beer, selected liquors and filter coffee are available at the resort bars.

Please kindly note that men are asked to wear long trousers in the restaurant during dinner.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
