The restaurant Moritz offers a combination of culture, cuisine and excellent service. Our chefs prepare dishes that range from modern regional specialities to Mediterranean menus. You can expect a nice meal in a relaxing environment where the staff will look after you and assist you with your menu and wine choice – a really special dining experience is awaiting you.
Visit our Kranich bar if you wish to end the day with a nice drink, a classic cocktail or a cigar. The hotel terrace next to the bar offers a wonderful view of the hotel garden.

Mecklenburg has more than 2000 lakes, 600 of which are found in the region of Müritz. Discover the country by foot, car, boat or bicycle; the surroundings are ideal for cyclists.

Cycling has become an increasing trend, that’s why the area has created the biggest round cycling path in Germany, with many different tours. If you don't have your own bike, you can rent one on-site.

You can choose one of the 27 possible tours for day trips. There are also 2 transport connections by shuttle bus or boat where you can take your bicycle with you.

Waren (Müritz) is located in the South of Mecklenburg – Vorpommern in the county of Müritz. You can get there by bus, train, car or aeroplane. (airports Neubrandenburg and Rostock/Laage are each 1 hour by car from the hotel.)

By train:
The Waren station is on the Deutschen train between Berlin and Rostock.

By car:
- Take the BAB A19 (between the A24 and the A20) for about 30 minutes to Waren (Müritz).
- Coming from the motorway follow the B192 in Waren for about 4 km. Then turn right towards Ecktannen and continue straight ahead on the Fontanestrasse by the lakefront and on to the hotel.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
