The hotel includes a 2,500 m² wellness and beauty area spread over three floors. It comprises three different saunas, a hot whirlpool, a Kneipp pool, a sunny beach area and a heated swimming pool with romantic décor.

We also offer private function rooms for conferences and other events.

In our restaurant "Entenblick" you can enjoy a Sunday brunch and seafood. Our pubs "Farmerstube" and "Friesenstube" are popular meeting places.

During warmer seasons, you can enjoy our garden café or our three sun terraces.

In our "Jägerstube" and the bar "Flair" you can enjoy an aperitif before your evening meal, or a freshly pulled beer.

The hotel enjoys green surroundings and is located between Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven.

Just 5 kilometres away you find the North Sea coastal resort of Dangast. The city of Varel can be reached by bus, car or bike.

From the motorway exit Varel/Obenstrohe:
- Leave the A29 at the exit Varel-Obenstrohe and head towards Spohle, Obenstrohe, Altjührden
- Enter Varel /Obenstrohe and follow the course of the road for approx. 700 metres
- Leave Wiefelsteder Straße (the L819) and turn right into Mühlenteichstraße (the L818)
- Follow the course of the road for approx. 1 kilometre
- The hotel is located on the left-hand side

In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.

For a small dog (up to shoulder height 30 cm) we charge EUR 16.50 per night. Dogs are only permitted in the standard and comfort category and are not allowed in the restaurant area.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 50 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 24.50 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 49.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: No parking available.
