In our Mediterranean-style courtyard you can enjoy pleasant conversation in good company, or relax with an evening drink.
Our bar, lounge and room with fireplace invite you to sit back and relax. In order to create a comfortable atmosphere for all of our guests, we have designated our entire indoor area a non-smoking zone. Guests wishing to smoke may use the covered area in our courtyard.
The central location of our chalets enables a variety of leisure activities. In addition to a diverse range of sporting activities, you have the opportunity to discover the surrounding area by using our rental bicycles. Well maintained cycle paths lead you through the beautiful landscape of the Bavarian Oberland.
Culture vultures will also get their money's worth here. On request we would be happy to organise excursions to the Herrenchiemsee and Neuschwanstein castles, or to book tickets to concerts, plays and operas. Photos:
From the 22.09.-7.10.2007 and 20.09.-5.10.2008 all children older than 6 years or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 0 to 18 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
