In the winter, there is a beautiful ski area at your doorstep.

Attached to the house is a small farm, with cows, goats – and most of all – horses. We welcome any kind of help, especially from children.

We welcome you to our Heitkopp snuggery, the bar parlour and the restaurant, offering changing theme weeks and regional specialties – simple, natural and alluring.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
