Why not live like a prince?

This building was first documented in the 17th century as a fisherman's house, and in 1891 was converted to a summer retreat for Prince Theodor Cantacuzene. The Bulgarian prince probably treasured its central location and natural charm, which still impresses visitors today.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
