The hotel has a lift. Guests can use the sauna (fee required) as well as the bowling alley and the modern conference room for up to 45 persons.

We do not offer rooms which are exclusively smoking or non-smoking.

Our restaurant offers regional dishes and specialities from the Erzgebirge. The room is decorated in Bauden style and offers space for up to 90 people.

The restaurant is open from 11:00.

We are located in the heart of the Erzgebirge (mountains). You can do many hiking tours and see many attractions e.g. the mine museum (5 km), museums (3 km) visit a toy producer or make excursions to Dresden (60 km), Freiberg (35 km), Sächsische Schweiz (70 km) or Prague (100 km).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
