Our lately built residence provides 5 apartments à 45 m² . The house is surrounded by villas and is located 50m away from the sea and the promenade.

The bright and modernly furnished apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. The bed room has a double bed. As well as the listed facilities, the living room features a cosy sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels will be provided.
A walk-in cupboard is located in the hall.
Additionally, there is a pantry kitchen with a ceramic stove top and a separate dining corner.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
