Our guesthouse was built at the end of the 18th century and it’s located in the middle of the old town near the market. Back in the 19th century the building was already used as a Inn. Fritz Reuter the most famous writer from lower Germany frequented this guesthouse. In the years of 1993 and 1994 the house was elaborately renovated. Today it features six comfortable rooms and a restaurant. We are looking forward to welcoming you in a familiar ambiance! Photos:

The guesthouse is located right in the center of the historic old town. The castle of Schwerin, the Mecklenburgian State Theater, the museum, the Pfaffenpond and the lake of Schwerin with its pier for the white fleet are located only a few steps away. Coming from the A24 Hamburg / Berlin take the exit Autobahndreieck Schwerin and continue in direction of the A241 towards Schwerin Süd. Follow the road to “Stadtzentrum”. Now drive along the “Hotelroute Nr. 1”. At the Knaudstrasse drive into the Schelfstrasse. Now follow the green sings towards “Zur guten Quelle”. You will arrive shortly. Photos:

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
