We offer conference rooms of up to 120 square metres in size. These rooms benefit from natural daylight and are equipped with appropriate technological equipment.

Our ski huts offer space for groups of up to 30 people.

Within the hotel compound, you will find a bathing and sunbathing area with indoor pool (12.5 x 6 metres), whirlpool, children's pool, sunbathing area, solarium, quiet zone, Finnish sauna and Roman steam baths. In addition, we also offer a hobby room with table tennis and pool tables, a cosmetic area, massages and keep fit sessions (aqua jogging, aerobics and gymnastics).

In the hotel's park, you will find a children's area, a barbecue area, a tennis court, outdoor Kneipp pool, garden chess, sunbathing lawn and easy hiking path (loop trail). A 200 km cross-country ski run begins right outside the hotel, and you can receive a 50% green fee discount for Schmallenberg golf course (18 holes).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.
