Besides various lakes, countless gardens and parks, manifold sport and spare time activities, the attractive cultural highlights of Potsdam are very impressive. The baroque city centre with the charming “Hollanderviertel” and the church “Nikolaikirche” do not need to hide behind the world-famous castle Sanssouci. In addition, the variety of theatres, cinemas, galleries and cafés award Potsdam the reputation of a modern and agile cultural city. Each year, the “Potsdamer Schlossernacht” (Potsdam’s castle night) marks the highlight of the summer.

Our reception is open from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 18:00 until 24:00. Please contact us if you intend to arrive outside of these hours. We will then arrange for you to collect your keys via a safe with a PIN code.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
