The hotel is situated in the city centre of Osnabrück. You can easily reach the centre and the old town by car or by foot.
Important sights of Osnabrück are the old town, the theatre, the Felix-Nussbaum museum, the zoo and the planetarium. We recommend to take part in the guided tour ‘night watchman’ around the old town of Osnabrück.

By car from the Ruhrgebiet or from Bremen:
- take the motorway A1 until the intersection 'Kreuz Osnabrück Lotte'
- change onto the A30, direction of Hannover
- take the exit 17 'Osnabrück - Sutthausen'
- follow the Sutthauser Straße, passing the Audi-center, to the city centre
- about 200 m after the railway underpass go left at the traffic light, into the Koksche Straße
- after 20 meters you will reach our parking

By plane
- from the airport Münster/Osnabrück you can take the airport shuttle to the city centre (Neumarkt) of Osnabrück
- from there take the bus 71 to Sutthausen (Holzhausen)
- leave the bus at the station 'Rosenplatz'
- the hotel is situated at the opposite side of the square

By train
- from the central station Osnabrück you can take a bus to 'Neumarkt'
- from there take the bus 71 to Sutthausen (Holzhausen)
- leave the bus at the station 'Rosenplatz'
- the hotel is situated at the opposite side of the square

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
