We do not use industrially produced food, but serve upscale Bavarian cuisine. All our fresh ingredients are obtained from local produce and processed immediately. Our meat is from local grazing cows, sausage and cheese are obtained from local farms.Trout is taken from clear mountain streams, mushrooms from surrounding forests and herbs from our own kitchen garden. Jam for breakfast is prepared with Grandma's recipe. Our day café serves homemade cakes and delicious pastries. So look forward to our tasty delicacies, maybe on one of our popular "pancake evenings".
