The modern 4 star hotel & spa is located only 25 minutes from Linz and offers a number of wellness facilities and a special health centre.

The water oasis has an indoor and outdoor pool with water massage banks. Hotel guests and visitors are invited to relax and unwind. The sauna oasis has a scented room, the “bear cave” and four other adventure saunas including whirlpool bath and diving pool – an invigorating experience! Guests can also have face and body treatments in the beauty oasis.

The Radonarium is a medical health centre based around water, and offers number of treatments including rheumatism therapeutic baths, modern therapy facilities and supervision by Dr. Martin Spinka. The Radonarium also offer the first cold body therapy in Austria.

Bad Zell has mineral springs and is famous for its healing qualities and the harmony between man and nature. The picturesque village is located in the heart of the “Mühlviertler Alm” region, with a large network of bridle paths, hiking and cycling trails.

The town is only 25 km from Linz, 15 km from Perg, 30 km from Freistadt (both cities with picturesque old towns), 25 km from Mauthausen and approx. 100 km from Cesky Krumlov (Czech Republic).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
