The hotel is among the oldest and richest in tradition in South Lower Saxony. Guests from all over Germany and many European countries treasure its comfort and historical ambience. Famous guests include Johann-Peter Eckermann, close friend to the great German poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

Please note that the reception is not staffed from 14:00 until 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
