By car: - Drive north on the A1. - After passing Lübeck, in approx. 30 km you’ll reach Neustadt. - Leave the A1 at the Neustadt-Mitte exit. - Follow the signs towards the town centre. - After passing the harbour bridge turn right. - Turn right again in to the Hafensteig and again turn right until you reach the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
