We offer 23 comfortable en suite rooms with a total of 50 beds. After a busy day you will find a good night's rest in our comfortable beds. Enjoy a home from home feeling. Please check availability for a full list of facilities.

In summer you can vitalise yourself in our untouched nature and in winter you can ski on the “Alpspitze” or do ski touring on the well prepared ski trail. Your residence will be rounded by many entertaining attractions.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
