The succes of your confercene, business meeting or seminar depends on a practical, business-like atmosphere. Our conference rooms contains up to 65 people.

All rooms measure 28 m² and have a balcony. In addition to the listed features, they offer sound-proofed windows. Group prices can be provided on request.

A breakfast buffet will be served form 6:15 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:00 a.m. on Sundays and Public Holidays. You can have breakfast at your leisure until 10:00 p.m. in a peaceful and non-smoking environment.

Ludwigshafen is situated on the mid-point of the commercially important Rhein-Neckar area. It is easy reachable for you and located in delightful surroundings. Our hotel is located only 100 metres from the main station.

From the north (A61):
Exit at 'Ludwigshafen/Mannheim' on the freeway B 37.
Exit at 'Ludwigshafen Hauptbahnhof' (main station).

From the south (A5, A6):
Drive anlong the motorway towards 'Schwetzingen'. Before 'Schwetzingen' change to the motorway A61. Then change to the motorway A65 towards 'Ludwigshafen' until the exit 'Ludwigshafen Hauptbahnhof' (main station).

Our hotel consists of 17 levels and is situated opposite to the main station. The city centre is within walking distance (less than 10 min).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
