Our rates remain the same throughout the year and are not dependent on the season. Similarly, we do not raise prices during trade shows and events - that simply would not match our philosophy!

For stays of a week or more in an apartment with small kitchen, we charge an all-inclusive sum calculated according to your individual needs.

We offer smoking and non-smoking rooms as you prefer.

Our breakfast is served in the form of a continental "fridge breakfast“. For groups of 15 people and more this can be served as a buffet.

If you are arriving at the weekend or on a national holiday, or later than 18:00 on other days, please contact the hotel in advance to advise them of your approximate time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.
