Upon request, we can pick you up from the small train stop at Frahelsbrück free of charge. Please arrange transport before you begin your journey by calling the hotel directly.

At reception you can send a fax. There is a small central safe at the reception where you can store your valuables. On every floor, you will find a shoe polishing machine.

Upon arrival the minibar is filled with drinks. On request we will empty it so you can use the refrigerator for your own beverages, food, or medicines.

For our guests, we offer a 3-course meal every evening. Drinks and light snacks are available all day. You can also order a packed lunch.

From 08.00 until 10.00, a breakfast buffet is available in the restaurant, included in the roomprice.

If you have booked halfpension, you receive the menu for dinner at your breakfasttable. Every day we have a different menu with a choice in main course. It is possible to dine between 17.30 and 20.30.
Upon request, we can arrange meals for vegetarians and simple dietary meals. Please give us at least 24 hours notice. On our drinks menu, you will find several Diet-lemonades.

Discover the beautiful Bavarian Forest! The surroundings offer endless possibilities for a wonderful holiday, right in the heart of nature. Approximately 50 walking routes can be easily combined, shortened or extended and the area is very suitable for motorcycle and bicyle tours.

We are blessed with three well equipped ski areas within a 15 minute drive from the hotel, suitable for all levels.

Lam is situated on the Glasstrasse, a route with many glassworks. The famous Bohemian glass and crystal is mainly manufactured in this region. Also, beautiful cities in the area, such as Regensburg, Straubing, Passau, Pilsen and (on a long daytrip) even Prague and Munich merit a visit.

Lam is only an inviting 6 km from the Czech border. Exellent for exploring this country too! During a border walk on the Grosser Osser, you have an excellent view of both the Bavarian and the Bohemian Forest.

The reception is open until 10:30pm. Please give us a call if your arrival time is scheduled after that.
The restaurant is closed on Thursdays.
Pets are allowed in rooms with terrace or balcony only.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
