- take junction Koblenz Nord towards Koblenz (B 9)
- after ca. 6 km, you reach the bridge over the Moselle (Europabrücke)
- get into the 2nd lane from the right, towards City
- enter the roundabout
- follow signs for "City"
- follow the street straight on over 5 traffic lights
- ca. 70 m/yds. After the 5th light, you will see the Trierer Hof on your right

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.20 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
