This Family hotel has 22 rooms, all the rooms have shower and toilet TV and telephone, there are also 2 luxury rooms on the ground-floor with shower, bath, toilet TV and telephone.

In the morning there is a nice breakfast buffet, then you can explore the city whith his rich culture, its magnificent musea and lots of cosy restaurants, bars and typical pubs where you can taste a nice Belgian beer or one of the local specialities. In the hotel tere are lots of facilities, Internet access, bicycles, cyclingmaps, bar, reading corner, information maps in the rooms and coffee and tea making facilities.

By Car (in Bruges):
- Follow Langestraat straight ahead and after 600 metres drive over a little bridge.
- 150 metres further keep left and at the end of Hoogstraat on the right hand corner you will see de Diligence restaurant and in front of you see Hotel Crown Plaza.
- Turn right and drive towards Mallebergplaats.
- Turn left, you are now in Philipstockstraat. On the 2nd street to the right is Cordoeaniersstraat, on the corner you will see a lace shop. The hotel is situated on this road.

Parking:
Unless otherwise indicated, the entire old city centre is considered part of the “blue zone”. During the day (from 09:00 until 19:00), you can park for up to 4 hours for free (use the new European parking disc).

There are also a few metered parking areas. In these areas, you can park for 2 hours (buy a ticket at the ticketing machine and put it in a visible way on your dash board).

For long term parking you can use one of the underground car parks in the city centre (nearest to the hotel is Parking Pandreitje), the large car park next to the railway station (all at an additional cost), or one of the peripheral parking places on the ring road (free of charge).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.50 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 8.70 per day.
