This romantic and traditional 4-star hotel is located just outside the village of Hermsdorf in Saxony, very close to the border of the Czech Republic.

The Landhotel Altes Zollhaus dates back to 1658, when a customs office was built on the road from Bohemia to Saxony.

Nowadays the hotel offers spacious rooms and suites, all decorated in a rustic style. Further amenities include a sauna, solarium and fitness centre.

You may book the special Christmas in the Ore Mountains promotion, if you stay for a minimum of 4 nights between 23 December and 27 December.

Coming from the West - A4 exit Siebenlehn until Neuhermsdorf.
Coming from the South - E55. Cross the border in Zinnwald
- Follow the signs until Neuhermsdorf (passing Altenberg and Rehefeld).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
